Cancellation
You may cancel your service order before SOW has shared it with you, without penalty. After this period, If you choose to cancel your service order after work has begun, you will be charged a cancellation fee that includes all charges and penalties as previously agreed upon in your service contract. This fee covers not only the work completed but also administrative costs and other related penalties. We strongly encourage you to review your service agreement carefully and discuss any potential concerns with us before initiating a cancellation.
