Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive user-centric research to identify problems to solve for our target market customers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic patterns to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement and monitor heatmaps and session recordings to understand user interactions and identify pain points.
  • Optimise existing designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Webflow development team to ensure seamless implementation of design changes and optimizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented optimizations, making adjustments as needed.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from data derived from visitor analytics, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
  • Guide and oversee the work of junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to the B2B tech industry.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and user-centered solutions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity)
  • Experience in designing engaging and responsive landing pages.
  • Experience working in the US market or with websites and landing pages for US/American users.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
  • Experience in creating responsive and accessible design.
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies and tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on user experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
