Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and effective images for our blogs using Canva.
  • Collaborate with the content team to understand blog requirements and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, banners, flyers, infographics, and other marketing materials using Canva.
  • Design and produce graphics in bulk, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Creating and editing short videos on canva for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the development of visual content for websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze the performance of posted content, including engagement metrics and user feedback, to refine future designs.
  • Schedule and post content across various platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of visual materials.

  • Design and produce company merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
  • Edit and update all company documents visually on a regular basis to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve design quality.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Canva Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva designs.
  • Proficiency in using Canvas design tools and features.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms[ Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram,etc ]  and their design requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage projects with deadlines.
