Our client is a leader in digital education with strong technology and global capabilities. The client builds digital solutions for global education from curriculum and assessment to delivery and analytics.

Solution Approach
The testing plan was formulated which was a collection of 2 week cycle to achieve targets.
We divided the process into test case writing, execution, and finally bug reporting.
Our team developed a deep understanding of the app through brainstorming, asking questions, and providing detailed reports to the client for easy identification of bugs.
More than 1300 test cases were written for all the modules and executed on major browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox Safari, and an Android tablet in these cycles.
All the bugs were documented with image/video proof and mapped through a traceability matrix with the client’s feature list.
Regression testing was performed on the bugs reported on JIRA.

Testing completed 1 week before the deadline given, root causes were identified thus increasing the usability of the app.
The system’s critical functions performed flawlessly and this in turn identify all of the application’s blockages and show stoppers.
